Food has always interested me since I was small and I come from a line of good cooks with my Mum being the best yet; hopefully I shall overtake her one day with my knowledge of taste and comfort pleasers.
Choosing to become a food journalist is probably the best decision I have made with my life so far. It’s something I love doing and it also gives me opportunities to explore my own pallet with the aid of friends.
I have certainly improved my style of writing since starting this blog and also covering different types of food journalism, from events to recipes, it can only get better.
With recently landing a job at The Wharf, Castlefield, my understanding of food and drink is ever-growing working with chefs and working how a kitchen works behind the scenes.
